We celebrate diversity and foster an inclusive environment where our team-first culture enables us to innovate, grow, and thrive together. **The Role** Lead our Enterprise AI Program—a cross-functional initiative to identify, build, and scale AI-driven capabilities across the company. You'll set the vision and roadmap for enterprise AI initiatives, build and lead a team executing against it, partner with VP and executive-level leaders, and serve as the primary evangelist and governance owner for responsible AI adoption at scale. **What You'll Do** • Define and drive enterprise-wide AI strategy and roadmap aligned with Five9's business goals • Identify high-impact opportunities to apply AI across contact center operations, customer experience, and internal functions • Own the technical roadmap for Claude & Gemini Enterprise plugin framework • Establish enterprise-wide governance, risk, and compliance frameworks for responsible AI use • Partner with Enterprise Data, Enterprise Apps, Product Development, and Infosec teams • Build and defend business cases for AI investments, quantifying ROI and reporting to executive leadership • Manage strategic relationships with external AI vendors and technology partners • Champion AI literacy and adoption company-wide through training and change management • Track emerging AI trends and assess their relevance for enterprise deployment • Hire, mentor, and manage a team of AI engineers, managers, and technical leads **What You'll Bring** • 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation, product management, or AI/ML program leadership (3+ in people/program management) • Demonstrated experience leading enterprise-scale AI initiatives from concept through production • Strong understanding of AI/ML fundamentals, generative AI, and enterprise data platforms • Experience building AI governance frameworks in regulated or enterprise SaaS environments • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive cross-functional alignment • Strong business acumen and executive communication skills • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA or advanced degree a plus) • Contact center, CX, or SaaS industry experience a plus **Location & Compensation** Hybrid role requiring 3 days/week (Tue, Wed, Thu) in Dallas office **US Base Salary Range:** $175,900 – $281,500 USD **Benefits Include** • 100% employer-covered health, dental, and vision coverage from day one • Mental health support platform • Stock purchase plan and performance bonuses • Generous PTO, paid holidays, volunteer hours, and 12 weeks paid parental leave • 401(k) with employer matching Five9 is an equal opportunity employer committed to building a diverse and inclusive team.
