**Business Systems Analyst, New Product Introduction** **About the Role** Own the systems side of new product and pricing launches from initial pricing discussions through launch day and the first billing cycle. You'll translate pricing and packaging decisions into concrete system changes across SKUs, price books, bundles, discount rules, contracts, billing plans, tax codes, and reporting. **Key Responsibilities** • Own end-to-end systems for product and pricing launches • Turn pricing decisions into SKUs, price books, bundles, approval rules, and billing configurations • Build and run a repeatable NPI playbook with intake, checklists, sign-offs, and post-launch reviews • Design pricing models (usage-based, seat-based, tiered, committed, multi-year ramp) • Plan customer impact: migrations, grandfathering, amendments, and renewal strategies • Coordinate changes across Salesforce, billing, and tax platforms • Partner with Deal Desk, Sales, Finance, Accounting, Tax, and Legal for sign-offs • Ensure seller and Deal Desk readiness with templates, approval paths, and enablement • Validate launches: verify quotes, orders, invoices, and Finance reports match • Build declarative Salesforce solutions and write clear specs for developers • Use AI to accelerate launches and improve repeatability **Minimum Qualifications** • GTM or revenue systems experience as Business Systems Analyst or Q2C Systems Lead • Hands-on product and pricing launch experience at a fast-growing company • Salesforce CPQ, Revenue Cloud, or similar CPQ tool expertise • Understanding of pricing flow into bookings, invoicing, tax, and revenue recognition • Cross-functional process management with multiple stakeholders • Salesforce admin skills (Flow, validation rules, approval processes) • Clear communication across Product, Sales, Deal Desk, Finance, Legal, and Engineering **Preferred Qualifications** • Usage-based or consumption pricing experience • Billing platform experience (Stripe, Metronome, Zuora) • Large-scale customer migration and amendment experience • Tax setup experience (tax codes, Anrok, Avalara) • Salesforce integrations with billing, ERP, or provisioning systems • Basic SQL and data warehouse skills • Salesforce certifications (Admin, CPQ Specialist, Advanced Admin) • Hands-on AI tool experience (Claude or similar) **Compensation & Details** $270,000–$315,000 USD annually | Bachelor's degree required | Hybrid (25%+ office time) | Visa sponsorship available
