Trusted by the nation's largest employers to deliver care to more than 6 million members across the country. **The Role** We're seeking a GTM Solutions Engineer—a forward-deployed technical specialist embedded within Growth Marketing. You'll own the entire Growth Marketing tech stack, architecting integrations, deploying AI-powered automation, and ensuring our marketing technology is scalable, measurable, and continuously improving. **Your Mission** • Act as embedded technical owner for Growth Marketing tech stack (HubSpot, Outreach, Nooks, ZoomInfo, Clay, Salesforce) • Design and implement lead management workflows end-to-end with full instrumentation and measurable outcomes • Build and deploy agentic and AI-powered solutions that eliminate manual processes • Pilot new tools with rigor and present clear build-vs.-buy recommendations • Maintain a prioritized, visible systems roadmap • Collaborate with Salesforce Admin team with hands-on Flows, Apex, and SQL experience • Ensure relentless organization: plan, test, and measure every solution **What You'll Bring** • Minimum 5 years owning/administering B2B growth marketing tech stacks • Hands-on production experience with Clay • Demonstrated shipped AI and agentic automation experience in GTM/revenue ops • First-hand lead management experience across intake, campaigns, and conversion tracking • Ability to instrument lead tracking end-to-end and surface actionable analytics • Strong communication skills for non-technical marketing leadership **Preferred** • Salesforce: moderately complex Flows, Apex, and/or SQL • HubSpot, Outreach, ZoomInfo experience • Nooks or comparable AI-powered sales engagement platforms **Location** Hybrid (3+ days/week in NYC) **Compensation** $165,000–$200,000 + annual bonus **Benefits** Medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k match, PTO, parental leave
