About this role
**Systems Architect** **Location:** Springfield, Virginia (100% onsite) **About the Role:** Assist in leading the design and development of solutions for complex applications, APIs, data services, platform services, cloud services, and infrastructure. Develop architecture views, brief senior leadership, and provide technical guidance aligned with Enterprise Architecture goals. **Key Responsibilities:** • Design, develop, and maintain solution architectures with traceability to Enterprise requirements • Analyze user requirements and system capabilities to improve existing systems • Oversee Senior-, Mid-, and Junior-level System Architect contractors • Create DoDAF and IC PAG-compliant architecture artifacts • Develop Enterprise-level digital models and architecture roadmaps • Implement Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) methods and tools • Manage architecture tools, repositories, and automated artifact maintenance • Support continued development and documentation of ASG Architecture • Respond to ad-hoc tasking and collaborate with international partners **Required Qualifications:** • Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, MIS, or related STEM field (or 18+ years as System Architect) • 18+ years in government/industry: Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, Data Architecture, DoDAF, or IC PAG • Strong communication and collaboration skills with executives and external partners • TS/SCI clearance adjudication or ability to obtain SCI and pass polygraph **Desired Qualifications:** • Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) knowledge and experience • Federated Enterprise Architect or related certifications **Compensation & Benefits:** • Salary: $146,000 - $234,000 • 25 days PTO annually • Heavily subsidized benefits • Eligible for bonus plan **About Peraton:** Next-generation national security company delivering mission-critical solutions to government agencies and U.S. armed forces. *Equal Opportunity Employer*
