Join a dynamic, collaborative environment dedicated to innovation and customer success. ### Responsibilities - Assist with the deployment, integration, operations, and maintenance of Windows virtual servers. - Perform systems administration and endpoint engineering with **SCCM** and **Intune**. - Support Windows virtual servers in **on-prem VMware vSphere** and **Azure**, including troubleshooting. - Participate in integrating the **Azure cloud platform** into customer environments. - Provide high-touch customer interaction: pre-deployment planning, knowledge transfer, and technical escalations. - Assist with implementation, operations, and maintenance of: - **Active Directory**, **Cloud Identities**, **Exchange**, **Teams**, **ADFS**, **AAD Connect**, **SCCM**, **Intune**, and **PowerShell**. - Ensure solutions follow standards and best practices. - Provide Azure engineering support to operations and foundational teams. - Perform root cause analysis and provide guidance to technical leadership to prevent future issues. - Stay current on emerging cloud and **Office 365** technologies. - Ensure cloud governance standards are met to maintain security and proper controls, including end-to-end automation of deployment, monitoring, and infrastructure management. - Analyze customer business requirements. - Design, construct, configure, and maintain facets of an **Office 365 tenant plan**, and execute end-to-end implementation of target workloads. - Perform operations and maintenance on relevant **Office 365** and **Azure AD** workloads. - Communicate with the project manager on upcoming changes, events, and schedules. - Collaborate on maturing and rolling out cloud standards, processes, and tools. - Coach and mentor team members. ### Qualifications - **U.S. Citizen** (required). - Must hold active **DoD Interim Secret or Secret Clearance**. - **DoD 8570** certification compliance (**IAT Level II or higher**) required (examples listed): **CySA+**, **SSCP**, **Security+ CE**, **CCNA Security**, or **GSEC**. - **Operating System (OS) certification** required; **MS Azure or cloud-specific certification** preferred. - **5+ years** administering cloud frameworks. - **2+ years** with **SCCM** and **Intune**. - **5+ years** systems engineering experience. - In-depth understanding of **Azure Active Directory (AAD)** and cloud networking/server deployment. - Practical knowledge configuring and implementing Azure resources and services. - Active Directory experience managing/maintaining **AD**, **GPOs**, etc. - Azure experience with **Azure AD**, **Intune**, **Cloud App Security**, and **Conditional Access**. - Ability to translate company objectives into scalable cloud designs aligned to enterprise architecture. - Ability to communicate technical issues to non-technical audiences. - Strong debugging/troubleshooting skills. - Self-motivated, detail-oriented, strong problem-solving skills, and ability to analyze for future issues. - Responsive with strong urgency; ability to manage multiple priorities and delegate effectively. - Ability to translate policies into daily operations. - Proficiency in **Word**, **Excel**, **Outlook**. - Weekend or after-hours support may be required occasionally. ### Pay Transparency - S
