**Senior AI Behavioral Scientist & Product Analyst (10522)** **Position Type:** Full Time **Location:** Austin, TX **Reports To:** Senior Director AI Product Foundations Engineering **Application Deadline:** Rolling basis - open until filled **Work Authorization:** Unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of employment visas (including H-1B) at this time **About the Role:** Evaluate and optimize the usability and systems performance of AI agents and autonomous systems. This role combines expertise in human-computer interaction (HCI), user behavior analysis, and systems-level thinking to assess how AI agents perform in real-world contexts. **Key Responsibilities:** • Own instrumentation and reporting for Agent ONE (AI operating model for networking) • Prove Agent ONE adoption, value, and customer retention/revenue impact • Define metrics and measurement strategies • Ensure proper instrumentation implementation • Build dashboards and analytics reporting • Communicate data insights on product success and customer value **What You'll Do:** Sit between Product, Engineering, and UX Research to drive data-informed product decisions using quantitative analytics, behavioral science principles, and systems thinking.
