You’ll partner closely with Sales, Support, Product, and Engineering, and spend hands-on time with customers through workshops, architecture reviews, and challenging integration work. ## About the Role As a **Specialist Field Engineer, SaaS**, you’ll help customers maximize the platform and help field teams sell and deliver it effectively. You’ll wear multiple hats: **teacher, builder, and trusted advisor**—running workshops, building reusable reference architectures and demos, and stepping in to unblock difficult customer integrations. ## In this role, you’ll: - Teach the field team what they need to know via feature walkthroughs, playbooks, demo guides, and office hours. - Align your work with top product and go-to-market priorities. - Design and run hands-on customer workshops (architecture reviews, feature adoption sessions, post-sale planning). - Build reusable accelerators (reference architectures, sample code, demo environments, integration templates). - Jump into high-priority customer engagements for deep technical work to unblock deals or prove workflows. - Contribute to the product through examples, integrations, demo apps, internal tools, docs, and occasional bug fixes. - Help customers design, test, and troubleshoot SaaS integrations (APIs, data flows, identity & access, and third-party systems), and feed learnings back into docs and accelerators. ## Who You Are - 3+ years in a similar customer-facing technical role (solutions engineering, SRE, field engineering, or similar). - Comfortable with **Python** and able to read/write code while customers watch. - Hands-on experience with **Docker**, **Kubernetes**, and **Infrastructure-as-Code** (e.g., Terraform). - Solid experience with at least one major cloud platform (**AWS, GCP, or Azure**). - Comfortable working in **Linux/Unix** environments. - Strong communicator—able to explain technical concepts to engineers and customer executives. - Skilled at turning messy, open-ended problems into clear plans. - Able to juggle multiple customers and priorities in a fast-moving environment. ## Preferred Qualifications - Experience building workshops, playbooks, or enablement content for field/sales teams. - Background in **MLOps/LLMOps** or building ML/AI pipelines end to end. - Experience with **GenAI tooling** and working with **LLMs**. - Familiarity with data pipeline tools and common integration patterns (identity/access, third-party systems, data flows). - Track record of shipping reusable technical assets that other engineers adopt. --- ## Why Us?
