Headquartered in San Francisco Bay Area, Seattle, and London. **About the Role** Join an interdisciplinary team collaborating with AI scientists, engineers, and drug discovery experts to develop and deploy AI models that accelerate identification and development of novel therapeutics. Apply cutting-edge AI techniques in production settings to address healthcare challenges. We seek candidates with demonstrated experience building and delivering machine learning systems in industry environments, translating research ideas into robust, production-ready solutions. **Locations:** San Francisco Bay Area, Seattle **Qualifications** • Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (advanced degree preferred) • Minimum 5 years industry experience in AI/ML with track record of implementing, scaling, and deploying models in production • Expertise with modern deep learning toolchains and large-scale model training • Strong deep learning fundamentals • Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail • Effective communication and collaboration in fast-paced, multidisciplinary teams • Publication track record at NeurIPS, ICML, or ICLR is a plus (industry impact prioritized) **Compensation** Competitive package including base salary ($205,000–$275,000 annually), bonus, and equity.
