With 100,000+ active communities and approximately 130 million daily active unique visitors, Reddit is one of the internet's largest sources of information. **The Role** Reddit is seeking a solution builder focused on Go-to-Market Insights and Automation to join the Central Operations team. You'll be the technical engine behind our data-driven GTM strategy, designing and implementing workflows that automate our reporting ecosystem and empower sales teams with actionable insights. **Key Responsibilities** • Execute technical builds within BigQuery, Matik, Clay, Gong, and other core tools to achieve automated reporting objectives • Design and develop data models and robust pipelines • Collaborate with sales and business stakeholders to understand data requirements • Ensure all reporting aligns with measurable business objectives • Establish governance and best practice "recipes" for tool usage across the organization • Proactively identify and resolve data quality issues; advocate for new technologies **Required Qualifications** • 5+ years in analytics, data science, data engineering, or related field • Strong SQL and relational database experience with complex query optimization • Proficiency in at least one scripting language (Python, Go, etc.) • Strategic thinking and analytical problem-solving skills • Ability to operate in ambiguity and structure complex problems into clear, data-driven solutions • Owner mentality with hands-on execution capability **Preferred Qualifications** • Digital advertising experience • Experience in fast-moving, resource-constrained environments • Familiarity with sales tools and workflow automation **Location** Must be based within commutable distance of Los Angeles, San Francisco, Chicago, or New York **Compensation & Benefits** Base Salary: $167,500 – $234,500 USD • Comprehensive healthcare and income replacement programs • 401(k) with employer match • Flexible vacation and paid volunteer time off • Generous paid parental leave • Mental health and coaching benefits • Family planning and gender-affirming care support *Reddit is an equal opportunity employer committed to building a diverse workforce.*
