**Senior Software Engineer, Growth Enablement** **About Replit** Replit is the agentic software creation platform democratizing software development. We're building the world's most ubiquitous AI coding agent and leading in secure coding practices. **About the Role** As the founding engineer for Growth Enablement, you'll set the technical direction for agentic growth systems. You'll build platforms connecting acquisition to product experience, working across web, mobile, billing, and data alongside marketing, sales, and partnerships. **Key Responsibilities** • Design agentic growth systems that monitor performance, diagnose failures, and improve from results • Build acquisition measurement across web and mobile (click-ID capture, identity matching, server-side conversion APIs) • Create shared standards for deep links and context transfer across platforms • Build reusable systems for promotions, referrals, landing pages, fraud controls, and attribution • Develop audience pipelines syncing warehouse cohorts to delivery channels • Partner with non-engineering teams to ship technical solutions **Required Experience** • 4+ years professional software engineering (TypeScript/Node, Python, Go, or similar) • Strong SQL and data warehouse experience • Hands-on experience with attribution, martech, deep linking, or event pipelines • Track record working with non-engineering partners **Preferred Qualifications** • Growth/martech infrastructure at consumer or PLG companies • Built agents with clear evaluations and human controls • Experience with Statsig, Iterable, or similar tools • Privacy and consent handling experience **What We Value** Extreme ownership • Data-driven decisions • No borders • Speed through reversibility • Strong communication **Location & Benefits** Foster City, CA (Hybrid: Mon/Wed/Fri in-office) 💰 Competitive salary & equity | 401(k) 4% match | Health/dental/vision | PTO | Wellness stipend | Team gatherings
