We're an inclusive workplace and Equal Opportunity Employer. **Work Arrangement** Office-based role requiring Tuesday–Thursday in-office attendance (Monday and Friday optional). --- **About the Role** Design, build, and deploy AI agents and multi-step autonomous workflows that integrate with internal systems and business processes. **Key Responsibilities** • Design and build AI agents using large language models for planning, reasoning, and executing multi-step tasks (data retrieval, document generation, cross-system workflows) • Integrate agents with internal and third-party systems via APIs, MCP servers, and tool-calling frameworks • Build and maintain orchestration layers for multi-agent workflows, including error handling, retries, and human-in-the-loop checkpoints **Required Skills & Experience** • 3+ years professional software development; 1+ year with LLMs or agentic AI systems • Strong Python proficiency; experience with LLM APIs (Anthropic, OpenAI, or similar) • Hands-on experience building tool-calling/function-calling agents with multi-turn reasoning • Familiarity with agent orchestration frameworks (ReAct, planning/reflection loops, multi-agent coordination) • Experience with RAG, vector databases, and embedding models • Solid API design, integration patterns, and asynchronous systems knowledge • Experience implementing evaluation, observability, and safety guardrails for production AI systems • Comfort in regulated industries with attention to data privacy, security, and compliance • Strong communication skills; ability to translate business problems into technical solutions **Preferred Qualifications** • Pharmaceutical, healthcare, or regulated industry experience • Familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP) • Experience with enterprise systems (Veeva, Salesforce, ERP, IT service management) • Prompt engineering and LLM fine-tuning/evaluation background • Cloud platform exposure (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps practices **Position Type** Full-time, Onsite
