**Senior ServiceNow Developer** **About the Role** Join our ServiceNow Engineering Team as a Senior ServiceNow Developer. You'll develop and implement ServiceNow solutions aligned with business goals, working in an Agile environment while driving innovation and continuous improvement. **What You'll Be Doing** • Design and build Flow Designer workflows, business rules, UI policies, and Service Portal / UI Builder experiences spanning ITSM, HRSD, and CMDB • Build and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other systems using IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP • Take Now Assist and Moveworks from pilot into production—configure AI skills and agents with appropriate guardrails • Own quality through code reviews, unit testing, clean update sets, and smooth family upgrades • Document your work for future developers **What You Bring** • 5+ years building on ServiceNow • Solid JavaScript and fluency with the platform data model and Flow Designer • Hands-on integration and automation experience (REST/SOAP, IntegrationHub, OAuth) • Experience in ITSM plus at least one additional module (HRSD, CMDB/CSDM, ITOM, etc.) • Clear written and spoken communication • Experience with Moveworks and Now Assist is a plus **Compensation** Base salary role with stock program eligibility and comprehensive benefits package including 401k matching up to 6%.
