You'll design, build, and support React/TypeScript applications that directly impact healthcare delivery. Work across our stack, help establish best practices, and see the real-world impact of your work. **What You'll Do** • Scale our business by designing and building user-friendly React/TypeScript applications • Set standards for accessibility and design system implementation • Make technology decisions balancing business needs with security and quality • Enhance systems for performance, stability, and security • Advocate for code quality and mentor fellow engineers • Collaborate cross-functionally with design, product, ML, and infrastructure teams **What You'll Bring** • 7+ years building and shipping web applications (5+ with React) • Proven ability to independently deliver features in web apps • Proficiency with React, TypeScript, and potentially Electron • Autonomous work style with strong team collaboration skills • Deep expertise using AI tools to accelerate engineering workflows • *Bonus:* Experience with audio playback, recording, file encryption, or offline support **Why Join Abridge** Work on meaningful healthcare technology with a high-growth startup culture.
