Our AI-powered platform transforms patient-clinician conversations into structured clinical notes in real-time, with deep EMR integrations—helping clinicians focus on what matters most: their patients. **The Role** Abridge is looking for Mobile Engineers to join our growing team. You’ll play a key role in technology decisions and implementation, building and supporting functionality primarily in **React Native**, with opportunities to work on native code for **iOS (Swift)** and **Android (Kotlin)**. **What You’ll Do** - Design, build, and support easy-to-use mobile applications - Make and implement technology decisions that support business needs without compromising security, privacy, or quality - Enhance existing systems to add functionality and improve performance, stability, quality, and security - Advocate for high standards, improve code quality, and help limit technical debt - Maintain a user-centric mindset and build deep user empathy - Communicate regularly and effectively with cross-functional product delivery teams (design, product, machine learning, infrastructure) - Mentor and learn from other engineers **What You’ll Bring** - **7+ years** experience building, shipping, and supporting mobile applications, including **2+ years** with **React Native or React** - Independently delivered a small app or feature within a larger app - Excitement about working in a mobile stack spanning **React Native** and **Android/iOS native** - Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively in a team - Willingness to pitch in wherever needed (fast-moving startup) - Comfort working across domains and languages with curiosity to experiment and learn - **Bonus:** mobile experience with audio playback/recording, file encryption, or online vs. offline mode **Why Work at Abridge** Join a fast-paced, high-growth startup transforming healthcare delivery with generative AI.
