We’re a growing team of practicing MDs, AI scientists, PhDs, creatives, technologists, and engineers across offices in San Francisco, New York, and Pittsburgh. --- ## The Role We’re looking for **Senior Integrations Engineers** to join our growing team. This role is instrumental in supporting our expansion during our hyper-growth phase. You’ll design, build, and scale integrations that power our product—working with engineers, implementation specialists, support, and product managers to deliver **real-time and batch data integrations** with partners and clients. --- ## What You’ll Do - Scale our business by designing, building, and supporting integrations and integration infrastructure - Build robust healthcare integrations without compromising **security, privacy, or quality** - Leverage technology standards using REST-like APIs, healthcare standards such as **FHIR**, and other third-party APIs - Collaborate with health system customers to deploy, troubleshoot, and support integrations - Comfortable engaging with external partners and stakeholders - Enhance existing systems to add functionality and improve **performance, stability, quality, and security** - Advocate for high standards - Improve code quality and developer experience, add documentation, share knowledge, and help limit technical debt - Maintain a user-centric mindset and build deep user empathy - Communicate regularly and effectively within and on behalf of cross-functional product delivery teams - Work with design, product, machine learning, and infrastructure --- ## What You’ll Bring - **5+ years** launching business-critical integrations with large enterprises - **2+ years** Epic Integration experience launching embedded and external apps in **Hyperspace/Haiku/Rover** - Experience integrating via **FHIR APIs** and working with **Smartlinks** - Experience with **REST APIs**, **OAuth 2.0**, and **mTLS** - Excitement about our tech stack: **Node.js/TypeScript** and **Google Cloud Platform** - Passion for healthcare integrations - Ability to operate with autonomy while working effectively in a team - Willingness to pitch in wherever needed (startup pace) - Comfortable working across domains and languages; curiosity to experiment and learn - Strong communication with internal and external stakeholders --- ## Why Work at Abridge At Abridge, we’re transforming healthcare delivery experiences with generative AI—enabling clinicians and patients to connect in deeper, more meaningful ways.
