**Epic Clinical Analyst IV (Beacon - Certification required)** **Job Summary** Provides Epic product function, design, build, and testing expertise for Clinical applications. Collaborates with end users to design and build the Epic system, leads multiple projects from inception to delivery, and implements corrective configurations or enhancements. **Key Responsibilities** • Leads multiple projects from inception to delivery • Sets processes and influences technology frameworks • Manages governance, data definitions, data policies, and data quality • Designs and builds Epic systems in collaboration with end users • Leads small to medium complexity Epic software upgrade initiatives • Participates in design and validation sessions with appropriate documentation • Provides technical and clinical consultation on application configuration • Analyzes system needs and develops recommendations • Develops and maintains system design, build, and documentation • Performs in-depth analysis of workflows, data collection, and technical issues **Minimum Requirements** • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or 4+ years IT experience) • Clinical Epic certifications in 2 modules • 4-7 years of implementation experience with large organizations • 4-7 years of change management experience for IT projects • 5 years of direct healthcare information systems experience **Preferred Skills** • Direct healthcare domain knowledge (clinical documentation, order sets, patient portal, encounters) • Experience in complex healthcare settings (Pediatric, tertiary, or quaternary systems) • Ability to lead multiple concurrent projects
