**Head of Information Security/Compliance** **About Frontera** Frontera is reimagining how children with autism and other behavioral health needs get care they deserve. We bring together world-class clinicians, technologists, and autism specialists to build cutting-edge AI tools that help care teams work smarter. **Role Overview** Own Frontera's cloud security posture and compliance program as we scale into healthcare and enterprise. This is a hands-on role requiring real AWS cloud security depth—not a compliance-generalist seat. **What You'll Own** • Cloud security architecture and posture on AWS, including IAM design • SOC 2 audits against AWS infrastructure (hands-on execution) • Build and mature compliance program for enterprise and healthcare customers • Senior security voice in customer and prospect conversations • Present security posture to customers, partners, and board • Partner with Engineering to embed security into development • Build security and compliance function from the ground up **Required Qualifications** • 8-12 years security/compliance experience with hands-on SOC 2 audit work on AWS • Hands-on IAM architecture experience • Cloud security certification(s) • Direct experience in security reviews with prospects/customers • Enterprise fluency and comfort as senior security presence **Preferred** • Healthcare or regulated-industry background • Fractional CISO experience at digital health company • Security leadership at Series B-D health tech company • Engineering background that grew into compliance ownership **Location & Compensation** Denver, CO or Remote (US) **Salary Range:** $175,000 - $220,000 **Benefits** Stock options, health benefits, 401(k), 4 weeks PTO, dog-friendly office, catered lunches, team events, commuter stipend, and more. **Join us in building the future of behavioral healthcare!**
