**Senior Data Analyst, CS Commercial Operations** **Position ID:** POS-26210 **About the Role** The HubSpot Customer Success Strategy and Operations team is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to deliver comprehensive data-driven solutions that enhance operational efficiency and strategic outcomes. You'll work directly with global leaders to understand business performance, develop innovative go-to-market strategies, and drive growth through data-driven insights. **Key Responsibilities** • Act as a driving influencer on data analysis and application • Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable insights • Conduct quantitative analysis of user behavior to identify improvements • Develop scalable, reproducible data assets serving as single source of truth • Communicate insights to stakeholders and inform operational decisions • Navigate enterprise-scale data environments with high technical autonomy • Build commercial models (ROI, LTV) and forecast trends **What We're Looking For** • Academic or professional experience with strong quantitative, analytical focus • Track record as a go-to expert driving data-driven decision-making • Excellent communication skills and confidence presenting to C-suite executives • Passion for fostering high-performing culture and mentoring junior analysts • Experience with large datasets, data mining, manipulation, and exploration • Proficiency writing complex SQL queries and performing analysis in code-based environments • Experience leveraging AI to elevate analytical standards • Ability to build commercial models and forecasting **Compensation & Benefits** 💰 **Annual Cash Compensation:** $118,500 – $189,600 USD Compensation includes base salary, on-target commission (where eligible), and annual bonus targets. Eligible roles may participate in HubSpot's equity plan for RSUs.
