Trusted by T-Mobile, OpenAI, AMD, Mars, Dollar Tree, and more—collectively saving over $8 billion and processing over $500 billion in spend. **Your Role** Lead a team of critical services and delivery, managing FTEs and contractors to drive product delivery and customer adoption of AI products. Work closely with Customer Success, AI Forward Deployed Engineering, Product, and Engineering teams. Report directly to the Director of AI Forward Deployed Engineering and Operations. **Key Responsibilities** • Drive adoption of Zip's AI solutions across the customer base • Own data and integration partnership evaluation program end-to-end • Ensure quality and reliability of platform capabilities • Grow and lead the team, scaling capacity and setting performance standards • Own throughput across the delivery pipeline • Develop internal tools and automation for QA, support, and reporting • Partner across teams to resolve blockers **Ideal Candidate** • Track record owning operational functions with accountability for adoption, quality, and throughput • Experience growing and scaling delivery teams through systems and process • Technical fluency to judge AI quality and assess data partners • Strong commercial judgment for partner evaluations • Sharp prioritization skills and communication discipline **Compensation & Benefits** 💰 $175,000–$200,000 OTE 📈 Start-up equity 🦷 Health, vision & dental coverage 🍽️ Catered lunches & dinners (hybrid employees) 🚍 Commuter benefits 🌴 Flexible PTO 💻 Apple equipment + home office budget *We encourage all candidates to apply—we're building a diverse and inclusive workspace where everyone belongs.*
