**Senior Full-Stack Data Scientist - Growth Algorithms** **About the Role** Join Stitch Fix's Client Experience Algorithms organization to build tools that power personal style. The Growth Algorithms team uses multidisciplinary tools to solve complex problems in a data-rich environment, directly influencing client acquisition, retention, and reactivation programs. **Key Responsibilities** • Work with LLMs and traditional ML approaches • Design experiments to test new features and communicate results to stakeholders • Optimize client journeys through Next Best Action modeling and marketing optimization • Leverage rich, unique data about clients, merchandise, and interactions • Collaborate with product, design, and engineering partners on roadmaps **Requirements** • Bachelor's degree in quantitative field (CS, Statistics, Physics, Mathematics, or related); Master's/PhD preferred • 5+ years designing and deploying ML algorithms, ideally in retail personalization • Ability to architect technical solutions and write production-grade code (Python preferred) • Experience with large-scale, distributed datasets and bias analysis • Applied knowledge of AI-assisted coding and agentic solutions • Strong A/B testing and experimentation framework experience • Excellent communication and collaborative skills • Solution-oriented mindset with ownership mentality **Compensation** $180,000 – $205,000 USD Competitive benefits package including equity, annual bonus eligibility, medical, dental, and vision coverage.
