**Salesforce Platform Architect** **Location:** Remote (U.S.) **Requirements:** U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident with ability to obtain Public Trust clearance --- **About the Role** LTS is seeking a Salesforce Platform Architect to support the Department of Veterans Affairs OMEGA Contract. You'll design scalable Salesforce solutions, lead technical initiatives, and mentor development teams in an enterprise environment. **What You'll Do** • Design and implement scalable Salesforce architecture solutions • Lead technical design sessions and provide architectural guidance • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on business transformation • Define Salesforce development standards and governance policies • Evaluate integration patterns and middleware solutions • Oversee data modeling, security, and performance optimization • Mentor development teams and provide technical leadership • Communicate architectural decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders • Work effectively in a remote environment **What We're Looking For** • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field • 8+ years of Salesforce architecture, development, and implementation experience • Extensive experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud • Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs • Experience with data modeling, integration patterns, and MuleSoft • Familiarity with DevOps, CodeScan, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills **Nice to Have** • Salesforce certifications (CTA, Application Architect, System Architect) • Large-scale enterprise Salesforce implementation experience • AI/ML knowledge within Salesforce ecosystem • Agile methodologies and project management experience **What's in It for You** • Support high-visibility federal missions in IT and healthcare • Culture of innovation, growth, and collaboration • Access to cutting-edge tools and technologies • Comprehensive benefits package • Career path rewarding ambition and performance
