Trusted by T-Mobile, OpenAI, AMD, Mars, Dollar Tree, and more. **YOUR ROLE** As a New Grad Software Engineer, you'll build Zip's core products and architecture. Ship features used immediately by customers while working with a collaborative team that values open communication and cross-functional partnership. **YOU WILL** • Design and build highly reliable and resilient products and features • Work closely with cross-functional product and customer-facing teams • Write high-quality, extensible, and maintainable code • Design and build scalable frontend applications and components • Design and build APIs for web-based applications **QUALIFICATIONS** • Pursuing BS or MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical field (graduating Dec 2026 - Jun 2027) • Experience with web applications and API development (Python, Javascript/TypeScript, React, GraphQL) • Ability to quickly learn new frameworks and programming languages • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Prior internship experience at high-growth startup or leading tech company • On-site at San Francisco HQ (hybrid schedule) **COMPENSATION & BENEFITS** 💰 $165,000 - $170,000 salary 📈 Start-up equity | 🦷 100% health, vision & dental coverage 🍽️ Catered meals | 🌴 Flexible PTO | 🏋️ ClassPass membership 💻 Home office stipend | 🍼 Paid parental leave | 💸 401k plan 🤖 Unlimited AI token usage | Relocation assistance available **We encourage all candidates to apply!**
