**Data Center Security Engineer - WIDS** **What You'll Do** Design, deploy, and integrate Wireless Intrusion Detection Systems (WIDS) across CoreWeave's global data center network using the Bastille Networks platform. Lead detection of rogue access points, unauthorized wireless devices, and RF-based threats, integrating telemetry into centralized security operations via Genetec Security Center. **Key Responsibilities** • Design and deploy Bastille WIDS platform and sensor arrays across data center facilities • Architect Bastille-to-Genetec Security Center integration via API/SDK and syslog • Deploy RF spectrum monitoring for 50+ wireless protocols • Conduct RF site surveys and design sensor placement/coverage plans • Configure and harden Bastille sensors, concentrators, and infrastructure • Develop comprehensive WIDS documentation and RF coverage maps • Establish alerting workflows for GSOC operators • Perform root cause analysis on detection failures and false positives • Collaborate with network, IT security, and SOC teams **Who You Are** • 5+ years in Physical Security, Network Engineering, or wireless/RF security • Hands-on WIDS/RF spectrum monitoring experience; Bastille platform experience preferred • Advanced Genetec Security Center expertise (Directory, Archiver, Synergis, event-to-action) • Strong wireless protocols knowledge (802.11, Bluetooth/BLE, Zigbee, cellular) • Windows Server, networking fundamentals, and SQL database experience • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field • Strong communication and documentation skills **Preferred** • Certifications: GSEC, Security+, CCNA, CWSP, CISSP, or manufacturer certs • Prior Bastille deployment experience • WIDS deployment in enterprise/data center environments • Familiarity with ISO 27001, SOC2 compliance frameworks **Position Details** • Based at CoreWeave hub locations • Up to 20% travel including international assignments • Flexibility for after-hours support • Salary: $122,000–$179,000 • Comprehensive benefits including 100% paid medical/dental/vision, 401(k) match, flexible PTO, and more
