As an **Infrastructure Compliance** professional, you will help ensure the security and integrity of ICE IT systems and applications. You will partner with IT teams (e.g., network, server) on remediation efforts and root cause analysis, and gain experience responding to internal, external, and regulatory audits. ## Responsibilities - Communicate verbally and in writing with technical and non-technical audiences (internally and externally) - Multitask in a fast-paced environment with a focus on timeliness, documentation, and clear communication - Suggest business workflow improvements and efficiencies for new and existing products/features - Serve as a subject matter expert across Infrastructure, Network Engineering, Network Operations, Server Engineering, and IT applications - Develop technical solutions to identify non-compliance with internal, external, and regulatory requirements - Document enhancements to processes, data management, and platform capabilities - Deliver and execute plans for deploying approved enhancements to processes and technologies supporting platform products - Automate deployment workflows to reduce manual intervention and errors - Support network device appliances to **DISA STIG** controls - Monitor and partner with relevant teams to ensure **CIS benchmarks** compliance ## Knowledge & Experience - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience - Proficiency with Microsoft tools including **Visio, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint** - Experience working in an integrated technology environment (relational databases, endpoints/APIs, and UIs) - Understanding of structured document formats such as **XML and JSON** and integration technologies (e.g., **Python, .NET, C++, Java**) - Scripting/data transformation experience (e.g., **Python, SQL, Power Query**, or advanced **Excel/VBA**) - Knowledge of data communication protocols (e.g., **HTTPS, TCP Sockets, WebSockets**) - Intermediate networking knowledge (e.g., **IP addressing, firewalls, routers, switches**) - High-level understanding of cloud infrastructure and best practices - Experience with **Linux or Windows administration** - Collaboration with Systems, Infosec, and Datacenter engineering teams - Fundamental understanding of SDLC processes and tools (e.g., **Git, Puppet, Bitbucket**) - Fundamental understanding of operational concepts (e.g., **DR, BCP, Prod vs. Non-Prod**) ## Desirable Knowledge & Experience - Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities - Experience maintaining data, defining operational processes, and partnering across product/operations/development groups - Experience documenting business and system requirements (use cases) in iterative software development environments - Experience creating policy and procedure documentation - Comfortable presenting to internal and external clients across seniority levels - Ability to grasp complex architectural concepts - Knowledge of vendor equipment and configuration (e.g., **Cisco, Juniper, Arista**) - Experience with routing protocols (e.g., **BGP, RIP, OSPF**) - Experience with **MPLS** and Traffic Engineering - Strong verbal an
