Over 180,000 businesses trust 1Password for secure identity and access management. **The Role** As our first IT presence in the new Austin office, you'll own the technology that makes our workplace run—from office networking and AV systems to physical security and hands-on employee support. You'll be the primary onsite IT resource, partnering with our remote IT team to deliver an exceptional in-person experience. **What You'll Do** • Manage and maintain office network infrastructure (wired/wireless) • Operate physical security systems (access control, cameras) • Provide hands-on IT support for employees and new hires • Own AV operations across meeting spaces and collaboration environments • Lead end-to-end onboarding technology experience • Build documentation and operational processes • Partner with Security, Facilities, and cross-functional teams • Help shape workplace support as 1Password grows **What We're Looking For** • 3+ years IT support or workplace technology experience • Hands-on office networking experience (Cisco Meraki, Aruba, Ubiquiti) • AV systems operation expertise • Physical security systems experience • Strong communication and vendor coordination skills • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments **Bonus Skills** Remote-first company experience, MDM platforms, SOC 2/ISO 27001 knowledge, documentation building, automation workflows **What We Offer** 💰 $85,000–$119,000 USD annually 🏥 Health, dental, 401(k) 📈 Equity grants 🏝 Generous PTO 🤝 Collaborative, fast-paced culture **Location:** Austin, Texas (Onsite)
