**EIAM Business Enablement & Operations Intern (Fall 2026)** **Location:** Austin, TX **About the Role** Join Cloudflare's Enterprise Identity & Access Management (IAM) Business Enablement team for a 12-week internship focused on optimizing IAM processes and enhancing security posture. You'll work on strategic initiatives that balance security with business efficiency. **What You'll Do** • Execute a specialized security project that directly improves Cloudflare's defensive posture • Contribute to development and maintenance of user access review dashboards and metrics • Conduct comprehensive group analysis to determine organizational group descriptions and ownership • Provide analytical support for Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) implementation • Work cross-functionally with Legal, People, Engineering, and Finance teams • Partner with a dedicated mentor for hands-on guidance • Present your project to the entire company at internship completion • Connect with executives and co-founders • Contribute to Cloudflare blog and Cloudflare.tv sessions **Desirable Skills** • Proficiency with Google Sheets (filtering, sorting, VLOOKUP, data manipulation) • SQL familiarity (significant plus for IGA analysis) • Understanding of roles, groups, permissions, and least privilege concepts • Proficiency with Google Docs and Wiki for documentation • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Critical thinking and ability to learn new technologies • Curiosity, empathy, and drive to get things done • Ability to commit to minimum 12-week summer internship • Available in-office 3-5 days/week in Austin **Bonus:** Demonstrated passion for security & software development (personal projects, open-source contributions, or Cloudflare for Students experience) **Learn More:** Check out internship blogs to hear from past interns about the program experience.
