**Manager, Technical Solutions** **About WPP Media** WPP is the trusted growth partner for the world's leading brands. WPP Media is WPP's AI-driven media operating unit, bringing together media, data, and partnerships to deliver creative personalisation at scale. **The Opportunity** We are seeking a highly skilled Manager to join our AI Automation team. You will design, build, and deploy robust, scalable AI/ML solutions that automate and optimize critical media processes across WPP's global network. **Key Responsibilities** • **Software Development & Architecture:** Design and develop high-quality, scalable microservices for AI/ML automation; lead technical design discussions; write clean Python code; conduct code reviews • **AI/ML System Integration & MLOps:** Operationalize ML models into production systems; implement MLOps pipelines for training, validation, deployment, and monitoring; develop robust data pipelines; design real-time inference systems • **Cloud-Native Development:** Develop applications using AWS, Azure, or GCP; implement CI/CD pipelines; optimize cloud resource utilization • **Collaboration & Mentorship:** Work with Business Analysts, Data Scientists, and Product Managers; mentor junior developers; contribute to technical roadmap • **Problem Solving & Innovation:** Troubleshoot complex technical issues; research new technologies; identify improvement opportunities **Required Qualifications** • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field • 8+ years professional software development experience • 3-5 years hands-on experience with AI/ML applications in production • Proven experience in advertising, media, or marketing technology (AdTech/MarTech) • Expert-level Python proficiency • Extensive experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP • Strong MLOps, CI/CD, and API development experience • Excellent communication and collaboration skills **Benefits** Competitive medical, vision, and dental insurance; significant paid time off; employee mental health awareness days; hybrid work (approximately 4 days in office per week) **US Pay Range:** $60,000 – $140,000 USD WPP Media is an equal opportunity employer committed to fostering a culture of respect and belonging.
