Trusted by 12,000+ companies worldwide, Perk helps tackle the “shadow work” that wastes hours, erodes morale, and saps innovation. ## About the Role — Director of Go-to-Market Engineering Perk is hiring its first **Director of Go-to-Market Engineering** to own GTM Engineering end-to-end—removing manual work and building automated systems that power revenue. This is a **player-coach** role: you’ll be hands-on in the orchestration logic and agent workflows (including building in **Clay**), while also guiding and coaching a small senior team across Europe and North America. You report to the **VP of Revenue Operations** and collaborate closely with **SDR, Account Executive, and Account Management**. ## What You’ll Do ### Own the strategy and the stack - Define Perk’s GTM engineering architecture: how CRM, enrichment, signals, sequencing, orchestration, and data layers fit together. - Make tooling decisions: what to adopt, consolidate, retire, and why. - Set the roadmap with the VP of Revenue Operations, Sales leadership, and the Revenue Systems & Data teams. - Establish engineering standards: version control, documentation, testing, and rollback. ### Build, hands-on - Design and build in **Clay** (e.g., tables, waterfall enrichment, AI columns, webhooks, and API integrations in production). - Own the orchestration layer: logic that determines which records enter workflows, when, and under what criteria. - Build agentic workflows using modern LLM/agent approaches. ## How You’ll Succeed The best GTM engineers can connect engineering work to commercial outcomes—e.g., diagnosing why pipeline isn’t converting with Sales leadership and translating that into the right system to build. *Note: This posting text appears truncated at the end of the provided description.*
