You'll develop production-ready software, learn large-scale systems, and see real-world impact across our three-sided marketplace serving consumers, merchants, and delivery partners. ### What You'll Do • Develop, maintain, and ship production-ready software with mentor support • Write clean, testable code and participate in code reviews • Learn systems and technical areas at scale • Apply feedback to strengthen technical skills • Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional partners ### What We're Looking For • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field (graduating Fall 2026 - Summer 2027) • 2+ software engineering internships or equivalent practical experience • Proficiency in object-oriented programming (Python, Java, Kotlin, etc.) • Strong understanding of algorithms and data structures • Experience with databases and SQL • Clean code, version control, and unit testing experience ### Nice to Have • Experience with AI-powered development tools • Systems optimization and scalability improvements • Large-scale web application development • Systems monitoring, CI/CD, or real-time problem solving • Service-oriented architecture or API design ### Why Join Us Mentor-supported growth, real-world impact, and exposure to production systems.
