## Overview Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. (ICE) is a leading operator of global exchanges, clearing houses, data, and listings services. The **Physical Security Systems** team supports the physical security hardware, software, and technology used within ICE offices. With facilities supporting multiple business lines, the team partners with enterprise stakeholders to streamline physical security processes and policies to improve operational efficiency. ## Responsibilities - Design, deploy, and manage integrated enterprise physical and technical security systems. - Support execution of physical security systems and related projects by completing assigned tasks and following project plans and timelines. - Provide day-to-day support for hardware, software, network, and basic server needs for enterprise physical security systems. - Assist with troubleshooting, system maintenance, and deployments across team-managed platforms. - Monitor, triage, and resolve incidents and service requests; perform routine health checks; apply patches/updates; document resolutions; and escalate complex issues to minimize downtime. - Create and update knowledge base articles (common issues, resolutions, and standard operating procedures). - Participate in after-hours/weekend on-call rotation as needed for critical security events. - Travel occasionally for on-site troubleshooting, installations, or system support. - Configure, program, test, commission, and support physical security hardware, including testing/validation of upgrades and new security technologies. - Manage tickets and incidents, including resolution, escalation, and documentation. - Mentor analysts (in groups and individually). - Perform additional duties supporting team and organizational goals. ## Knowledge & Experience - Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, MIS, CIS, or related field, **or** equivalent hands-on experience. - Experience supporting **Physical Security Systems** and/or **Security Surveillance** (or equivalent certifications). - Experience with **Active Directory** and troubleshooting Windows desktop and physical/virtual server environments. - Foundational networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, VLANs) and SAN storage. - Support experience for **Windows and macOS** environments. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Planner, Copilot). - Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-service mindset and attention to detail. - Ability to follow procedures, document work accurately, escalate appropriately, communicate clearly, collaborate effectively, and manage multiple priorities. - Ensure compliance with security standards and maintain accurate documentation (configurations, as-builts, and knowledge base articles). - Experience with networking technologies such as **Cisco** and **Juniper**. - **PowerShell/scripting knowledge preferred**. - Ability to stand, stoop, kneel, bend, crouch, and lift **50+ pounds**. - Foundational understanding of AI-powered productivity/analytics tools (capabilities, limitations, and appropriate use cases), and ability to identify opportunities to augment workflows. ## Preferred - Experience with Physical Access Control and Security Surveillance Systems. - Entry-level certifications such as **CompTIA A+**, **Network+**, **Security+**, or introductory physical security systems certifications. - Strong multitasking,
