**Senior Software Engineer, Growth** **About the Role** Build and maintain internal platforms that power advanced audience targeting and end-to-end CRM campaign execution for marketers and retailers. **Key Responsibilities** • Develop highly scalable software using innovative computer science and software engineering principles • Design and implement targeting features leveraging demographic, intent, and behavioral signals • Build intuitive user interfaces for configuring offers, segments, and content • Analyze and optimize expensive SQL queries • Build large scale data pipelines and model user data • Execute ongoing testing and analysis of current systems • Determine design solutions to problematic programming **Minimum Qualifications** • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field • 2+ years of experience in the role or related • 2+ years with Java, Ruby, Python, or similar programming languages • 2+ years with MySQL, PostgreSQL, NoSQL, or similar data management systems • 2+ years with client/server and application architectures • 2+ years with distributed codebases on cross-functional teams • 2+ years with data streaming and big data technologies (Apache Spark, Airflow, Hadoop, etc.) • 2+ years of data engineering experience with robust data pipelines and data quality solutions *Alternative: 4+ years of experience in the role or related (without degree requirement)* **Compensation** Base pay range: $191,000 – $212,000 USD (varies by location) Eligible for equity grants and comprehensive benefits **Work Environment** Flex First remote role — work from home, office, or anywhere in the continental US
