**Frontend Software Development Engineer** **About The Role** Help build and evolve unified commerce platforms across digital, physical, and emerging channels. Create scalable, performant, and accessible frontend experiences for millions of Pokémon fans. Work closely with product managers, designers, backend engineers, and leadership to deliver intuitive commerce experiences. **What You'll Do** • Design, develop, debug, test, and optimize modern frontend features for high-traffic commerce platforms • Build reusable, maintainable frontend components supporting consistent customer experiences • Partner with product, design, and backend teams to deliver impactful customer-facing features • Contribute to frontend architecture decisions including accessibility, performance, and integration patterns • Integrate frontend applications with backend services and commerce platform capabilities • Improve application quality through automated testing, code reviews, and engineering best practices • Support production deployments, monitor application health, and troubleshoot issues • Create and maintain technical documentation • Share frontend best practices through collaboration and mentorship **What You'll Bring** • 5-7 years of professional software engineering experience building modern frontend applications • Strong frontend fundamentals: maintainable, performant, accessible, reusable code • Experience with high-traffic, high-availability environments • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills • Ownership mindset from design through launch and operational support • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills • Curiosity, adaptability, and commitment to continuous improvement **Tech Stack** Modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks, component-based architecture, state management, RESTful/GraphQL APIs, Jest/Playwright testing, cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and observability tools. **Compensation & Benefits** Base Salary: $117,000 - $211,000/year (new hires typically $117,000 - $156,000) • 100% employer-paid healthcare • Generous paid family leave • 401(k) matching (US) / Pension contributions (UK/IRE/MX) • Fitness reimbursement, commuter benefits, LinkedIn Learning • Hybrid work environment **Hybrid Role** | #LI-JL1
