About this role
**AiMi | Full Stack AI Engineer (Remote / Everywhere) | Full-time** **About the role** AiMi builds agentic AI infrastructure for capital markets—autonomous agents that ingest venue/vendor notifications, assess impact across client infrastructure, and drive real-time change management workflows. This is a **live production platform (not a pilot)**. **What you’ll do** - Ship features across the **agent pipeline** - Build **MCP-based connectors and skills** to expand what agents can reach - Run **evals** to measure agent accuracy and reliability - Build **observability & alerting** for agent latency/error rates and failed workflows - Make long-running **LLM/agent/SSE** calls resilient (timeouts, retries, circuit breakers, fail-fast, recovery) - Diagnose dependency/version conflicts in a **Node.js/npm monorepo** - Write and maintain **unit, integration, and e2e tests** **Tech you’ll work with** - **Frontend:** React / TypeScript - **Backend:** Node.js, REST APIs - **Cloud:** AWS (Lambda, Bedrock, DynamoDB, S3, Cognito, API Gateway, CloudWatch) - **Data:** MongoDB / DynamoDB - **LLMs / Agents:** Mastra, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Claude, OpenAI (or similar) - **Plus:** LLM observability tooling (e.g., Langfuse), **SSE streaming**, PostHog **What we’re looking for** - **2–3+ years** hands-on experience - Strong **Node.js** and REST API background - Real hands-on experience with **LLMs or agent frameworks** - Comfortable with **AWS** and **testing** what you ship - Familiarity with **spec-driven development** (Claude Code, Cursor, CodeRabbit, etc.) is a plus - Bonus: capital markets/trading infra experience **Why AiMi** - Real architectural decisions at an early-stage company - Visible impact from week one - Opportunity to grow into a **senior/lead** role as the team scales **Apply** - https://join.com/companies/aimitechnology/16658631-agentic-a... **Contact** - vishnu.swaroop@aimi.technology
