**TPM Manager, Infrastructure** **About the Role** Anthropics Infrastructure organization is hiring a TPM leader to own program management across compute provisioning, datacenter operations, capacity planning, and production workloads. You'll lead a growing team while personally driving 2-3 critical programs including datacenter bring-ups, multi-cloud scaling (AWS, GCP, Azure), and infrastructure migrations. **Key Responsibilities** • Own and drive 2-3 highest-priority infrastructure programs while building the team • Run datacenter timelines, capacity scaling plans, infrastructure migrations, and reliability efforts • Build processes and playbooks through hands-on execution • Coach and develop TPMs; transition programs as you hire • Coordinate across Infrastructure, Research, Product, Security, Finance, and Legal • Maintain portfolio-level visibility and represent the team in planning cycles • Own executive communication on program status, risks, and resource needs **You May Be a Good Fit If You Have** • 10+ years in technical program management; 7+ years managing TPMs • Experience building teams or functions from scratch • Scaled TPM teams in rapidly-growing environments • Background across physical and software infrastructure (datacenters, networking, hardware ops, distributed systems, cloud platforms) • Run large-scale compute/infrastructure programs (capacity planning, cluster deployments, datacenter build-outs, cloud migrations) • Strong communication skills for complex programs to senior leadership • Comfort with IC work and context-switching between doing and managing • Ability to make staffing/prioritization decisions with incomplete information **Compensation & Logistics** 💰 $365,000 – $565,000 USD annually 📍 Hybrid (25% office minimum; some roles require more) 🎓 Bachelor's degree or equivalent required 🛂 Visa sponsorship available **About Anthropic** Anthhropic's mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems.
