**SAP S/4HANA Interface Developer (Greenfield Transition)** ## Overview Peraton is seeking a highly skilled **SAP S/4HANA Interface Developer (Greenfield Transition)** to spearhead a critical modernization initiative for the **Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC)**. This role supports the transition from legacy **SAP CRM** to a stable, scalable, and well-documented **SAP S/4HANA Customer Management (CM)** solution. ## Key Responsibilities - **S/4HANA Development & Greenfield Migration** - Execute **Greenfield** development to transition custom SAP CRM logic into **S/4HANA Customer Management (CM)** - Re-architect and **optimize legacy code** for S/4HANA compatibility and modern SAP standards - Perform **impact analysis**, **code remediation**, **unit testing**, and **deployment support** in a structured federal environment - **Advanced Integrations & Middleware Interface Management** - Design and maintain robust interfaces using **EDI (IDocs)** - Develop and manage integrations leveraging **SOAP** and **REST** web services - Orchestrate SAP connectivity with **BizTalk** to ensure data integrity across agency systems - **Fiori Enablement & User Experience (UI)** - Enable and deploy **SAP Fiori** applications - Configure **Fiori Spaces, Pages, and Catalogs** - Collaborate with Security and Functional teams to implement **RBAC** in the **Fiori Launchpad** - **Governance & Quality Assurance** - Apply best practices in **Change Management**, **Release Management**, and **Configuration Management** - Maintain rigorous **technical documentation** to mitigate migration risks and support long-term sustainability ## Qualifications ### Basic Requirements - Bachelor’s degree and **5+ years** of experience - **Minimum 5 years** of hands-on **SAP S/4HANA Greenfield** experience - **5+ years** total SAP S/4HANA experience - Proven experience with **EDI (IDocs)** - Hands-on integration experience with **SOAP**, **REST**, and **BizTalk** - Strong understanding of **Greenfield vs. Brownfield** development strategies - Must be a **US Citizen or Green Card Holder** - Must be able to obtain and maintain the required **agency clearance** ### Preferred Requirements - Prior support for **CDC** or other Federal Government programs - **Active CDC Clearance** (significant plus) - Experience in **highly regulated public-sector** environments ## Target Salary Range **$86,000 - $138,000** (typical range). Final compensation depends on factors including scope, responsibilities, experience, education, skills, competencies, and geographic/business contract considerations.
