**GTM Business Systems Engineer, Quote-to-Cash** **About Ramp** Ramp is building smart infrastructure for finance teams, automating how $200B+ in annualized spend flows through 70,000+ companies. We're looking for builders with high agency who own problems end-to-end. **The Role** Own and evolve Ramp's Quote-to-Cash systems. You'll design Salesforce CPQ, contract, and Billing/Core integrations that turn commercial agreements into accurate customer outcomes—from quote creation through renewals and amendments. **Key Responsibilities** • Design, develop, and deploy Salesforce Platform applications • Design reliable integrations between Salesforce CPQ, Ironclad, Billing/Core, and adjacent systems • Own data contracts, idempotency, error handling, and reconciliation • Design and maintain iPaaS solutions (Workato, Clay, etc.) • Drive architecture decisions for scalability and reliability • Write technical specifications with diagrams and process flows • Collaborate on code reviews, on-call support, and ideation **Required Experience** • 7+ years with Salesforce platform • 5+ years in Systems Architecture and Integrations • Strong Apex, triggers, and Lightning Web Components expertise • Python or other programming languages • APIs, integrations, and async/streaming patterns • CI/CD processes and unit-testing best practices • Quote-to-Cash domain experience (CPQ, billing, subscriptions, or contracts) • Excellent communication skills **Nice to Have** Snowflake/DBT, Kafka, Agile methodologies **Benefits** (varies by location) Flexible PTO, health/wellness stipend, home office equipment, parental leave, 401(k) match (US), private medical insurance (UK), and more. **Apply via referral or official @Ramp.com email.
