## Staff Supply Chain Systems Analyst **Form Energy** is hiring a **Staff Supply Chain Systems Analyst** to manage and build out our purchasing systems ecosystem. ### Role Overview This role reports to the **Sr. Manager of Purchasing** within our **Supply Chain** group. You’ll collaborate with the **Global Sourcing and Purchasing Teams** to maintain and develop purchasing systems. **Work model:** Hybrid — onsite **3+ days/week** from **Berkeley, CA** or **Weirton, WV**. **Relocation assistance available.** ### What You’ll Do - Serve as the **primary system administrator for ZipHQ**, maintaining configuration, user roles, and platform health; identify and implement workflow improvements to streamline purchasing and approvals. - Manage **integrations and API connections** between Zip and other business systems (e.g., **ERP, Jira, other procurement tools, supplier punchout catalogs**) to ensure accurate, reliable data flow. - Coordinate with **Finance** and **IT Admins** to configure, troubleshoot, and expand purchasing capabilities to scale with company growth. - Design and build **new capabilities and workflows within Zip**, partnering cross-functionally to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions. - Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing support and training to end users to maximize adoption and efficiency. ### What You’ll Bring - **Bachelor’s degree** in Supply Chain, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent practical experience) **plus 5+ years** managing enterprise procurement or supply chain systems. - Demonstrated experience administering procurement/purchasing systems (e.g., **Zip, ERP, MRP**). - Hands-on experience with **system integrations and APIs** connecting procurement platforms to other business systems. - Experience configuring or managing **supplier punchout catalogs** (**cXML/OCI**). - Demonstrated experience with **new system implementation** and related functions. - Excellent **communication** and **organizational** skills. ### Compensation & Benefits (Highlights) - Competitive salary, **stock options**, and a holistic benefits package. - **100%** coverage of medical, dental, and vision premiums for full-time employees; **80%** for dependents. - At least **12 weeks paid leave** for new parents (up to **20 weeks** for birthing parents). - Generous vacation policies. ### Equal Opportunity Form Energy is an **equal opportunity employer** and encourages candidates from all backgrounds to apply.
