Responsibilities include application administration, user provisioning, configuration, testing, documentation, training, vendor coordination, and ongoing operational support. Work closely with business stakeholders, vendors, and technical resources to support system enhancements, integrations, upgrades, and process improvements while ensuring compliance with institutional policies and regulatory requirements. **Hybrid work schedule eligible.** **REQUIREMENTS** **Education:** Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field **Experience:** 5+ years in business systems and/or project experience with exposure to systems/project development, testing, installation, and training **PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES** • Administer Box Enterprise (user provisioning, access management, folder administration, secure file transfer) • Administer OpenSpecimen platform (user access, collection protocol configuration, troubleshooting) • Partner with research laboratories to design and optimize OpenSpecimen protocols • Deliver training and support to promote system adoption and best practices • Ensure compliance with institutional policies, data governance, HIPAA, and regulatory requirements • Monitor system performance and coordinate upgrades, enhancements, and maintenance • Develop documentation, SOPs, and process improvements • Serve as business analyst and project management resource for technology initiatives • Support additional Research Administration applications (Proofig AI, TriNetX, ClinDEN, Elsevier Pure, etc.) **BENEFITS** • PPO medical plan (available day one, no cost for employee-only coverage) • 100% preventive healthcare coverage • Paid Time Off (available day one) • Retirement Programs (TRS) • Paid Parental Leave • Wellness programs & Tuition Reimbursement • PSLF Qualified Employer **EEO Statement** UT Southwestern is an equal opportunity employer committed to providing an educational and working environment free from unlawful discrimination.
