**Senior Enterprise Systems Engineer, AI Productivity** **About the Role** Help teams across 1Password work more efficiently by designing, maintaining, and scaling secure AI and automation solutions. Partner with technical and non-technical stakeholders to identify workflow challenges, build practical solutions, and improve how employees use AI-enabled enterprise tools. **What You'll Do** • Manage and configure centralized AI and automation platforms for secure, scalable use • Build and maintain AI-powered workflows that streamline operations across teams • Design and implement technical solutions using APIs, connectors, and low-code/no-code tools • Translate workflow challenges into effective technical solutions • Develop documentation, standards, and best practices for enterprise AI and automation • Provide technical guidance and training to support adoption capabilities **What We're Looking For** • Experience in IT systems, automation engineering, or enterprise productivity enablement • Ability to design and implement technical solutions using APIs and low-code/no-code tools • Strong collaboration skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders • Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives **Bonus Skills** • Experience with AI-enabled productivity platforms (Glean, Dust, Workato) • Knowledge of enterprise collaboration tools (Slack, Notion, Google Workspace, Zoom, Asana) **Compensation & Benefits** 💰 $123,000 - $172,000 USD annually 🏥 Health, dental, 401k 📈 Equity grant 🏝 Generous PTO 🤝 Paid volunteer days **Location** Remote (USA-based only) **About 1Password** 1Password is building the foundation for a safe, productive digital future.
