We build agents for the moments that matter—helping customers rise to the occasion during service disruptions, major product launches, and global events like the World Cup—driving millions of customer interactions. ### What we build with Horizon We bring Sierra’s **Horizon** vision to TMT by building agents that transform the entire customer relationship: - **Telecommunications:** Make frustrating experiences personal—agents that understand subscribers, optimize plans and savings, anticipate opportunities to add value, and earn loyalty over time. - **Media:** Turn subscriptions into ongoing personalized relationships—agents that help subscribers get the most from their experience through the right content, offers, plans, and support from free trial through retention. - **Technology:** Deliver a white-glove customer experience to every customer—helping them adopt products, discover new ways to get value, expand usage, and successfully renew. ## What You’ll Do As an **Agent Strategist**, you own how Sierra’s AI agents come to life for our customers—from the first pilot to a production agent handling thousands of conversations per day. You’ll sit at the intersection of **product, agent building, and customer-facing work**, staying close to both the technology and the people you build for. You’ll transform customers’ thorniest, highest-stakes problems into agents that **measurably move the business**. ### Key responsibilities - **Own the Agent Development Life Cycle**: take agents from initial scope through conversation design, tooling, and evaluation.
