**Technical Solution Architect** **About the Role** We're seeking a Technical Solutions Architect to serve as the key technical partner between customers and our engineering teams. You'll design and deliver impactful solutions that drive scientific progress by integrating Benchling within complex IT ecosystems. **Key Responsibilities** • Lead technical consulting engagements with IT professionals to understand their IT landscape and recommend Benchling integration strategies • Design, prototype, and oversee delivery of cloud-based integrations and automations using Benchling's developer platform • Engage cross-functionally with product and engineering teams to communicate customer feedback and align solutions with roadmap • Collaborate with project managers on complex enterprise rollouts, identifying technical risks and designing solutions • Build and deliver demos and POCs to ensure stakeholder alignment • Contribute to technical documentation and developer platform roadmap **Required Qualifications** • B.S. in life sciences, engineering, or computer science • 5+ years of client-facing software implementation and/or consulting experience with enterprise-scale SaaS projects • Proficiency with REST APIs and Python for building integration demos and example code • Demonstrated technical leadership and ability to translate complex concepts into technical solutions • Familiarity with modern cloud software development processes, tools, and architectures • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Ability to travel to customer sites 10-20% as needed **Work Arrangement** Hybrid (3 days/week on-site: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday) **About Benchling** Benchling is the AI platform for biotech R&D, trusted by 200,000+ scientists worldwide including Sanofi, Moderna, and over half of the world's top 50 biopharma companies.
