Millions of domain experts are paid to train frontier AI models, and we're creating a new category of work where expertise powers AI advancement. **About the Role** As a Member of Technical Staff on the Talent Experience team, you'll build systems that evaluate skills and expertise at scale. You'll own backend-heavy, full-stack work across our assessment platform—designing evaluation pipelines, building AI-assisted interview services, and shipping product surfaces used by tens of thousands daily. **Key Responsibilities** • Design and ship backend services and APIs powering our assessment platform • Own features end-to-end: product discussions, technical design, implementation, testing, and release • Build evaluation pipelines combining human judgment with AI-powered scoring • Contribute across the stack, including candidate and expert-facing surfaces • Partner with Product, AI, and Data teams to translate research into production • Improve performance, reliability, and observability of assessment infrastructure **What We're Looking For** • 3+ years building production systems • Strong backend fundamentals: API design, data modeling, distributed systems, databases • Comfortable across the stack (React/TypeScript experience a plus) • LLM integration experience in production is a strong plus • Experience with modern AI development tools (Cursor, Claude, GitHub Copilot, etc.) • Strong software engineering fundamentals and product intuition • High ownership, curiosity, and bias toward shipping **Why This Role Matters** Build evaluation systems matching thousands of AI experts to critical work.
