**Senior Fullstack Engineer - Marketplace Monetization** **About the Role:** Build end-to-end full-stack features for Snowflake Marketplace's commerce layer. Own transactional infrastructure and buyer/seller experiences that power pricing, purchasing, and settlement of data and AI products. **Key Responsibilities:** • Design and implement robust backend APIs (Java/Python) handling transaction lifecycle: entitlements, metering, invoicing, payment orchestration • Build polished React-based checkout and billing UIs with reusable component libraries • Develop high-stakes transactional pipelines with fraud prevention, idempotency, and audit logging • Collaborate with product, operations, and billing teams on data schemas and APIs • Drive code quality, testing coverage, monitoring, and operational tooling improvements **Required Experience:** • 5+ years professional software engineering with shipped production features • Backend skills: Java, Python, or Go (REST/gRPC APIs, relational databases, distributed systems) • React proficiency: complex UIs, hooks, state management, performance & accessibility • Hands-on transactional systems experience (payments, billing, orders, entitlements) • Full-stack ownership: specs, implementation, testing, production deployment • Strong collaboration across engineering, product, and cross-functional teams • BS/MS Computer Science or equivalent **Bonus:** • 0→1 product shipping experience • AI coding tools (Claude, Cursor) • Snowflake platform familiarity • TypeScript, GraphQL, modern frontend testing (Cypress, Playwright, Vitest) **About Snowflake:** Powering the era of the agentic enterprise.
