**Senior IT Operations Manager** **About Brigit** A holistic financial health company helping everyday Americans build a brighter financial future through transparent, fair, and simple financial products. **Role Overview** Build, mature, and scale Brigit's internal IT Operations function. Partner with VP of Engineering, Security, Compliance, and People teams to develop and execute IT strategy. Oversee one IT Support Specialist while focusing on scalable processes, security, compliance, automation, and operational excellence. **Key Responsibilities** • Day-to-day IT Operations strategy and user onboarding/offboarding • Own VPN infrastructure and device access management • Identity & Access Management (IAM) with Okta administration • Security infrastructure implementation and tooling management • IT audit liaison (SOC I & II, PCI, penetration tests, SOX) • Incident response process improvement and escalation management • Documentation, SOPs, and operational excellence • Security training and vendor relationship management **Requirements** • 6+ years IT experience; 2+ years at fast-growing tech/startup • Bachelor's in Computer Science, IT, MIS, or related field • Cloud infrastructure experience (GCP preferred) • IDP platform management (Okta) • MSP management experience • SOC/compliance audit experience • Security frameworks knowledge (NIST, ISO 27001) • Strong communication and cross-functional leadership **Location & Schedule** NYC/NJ: Hybrid 3x/week onsite Remote: 1 week/month travel to NYC required **Compensation & Benefits** $135,000 - $160,000 base salary Medical/dental/vision • Flexible PTO • 401k • Parental leave • Wellness benefits • Learning & Development reimbursement
