**Member of Technical Staff — Frontier Data** **About Roboflow** Roboflow is the visual cortex for physical AI. Over 1M+ developers and half of the Fortune 100 use Roboflow for computer vision applications including cancer research, construction safety, drone guidance, and more. **The Role** As a Member of Technical Staff on the Frontier Data team, you'll build environments, evaluations, and datasets that expand frontier model capabilities. You'll: - Design and build RL environments, evaluations, and datasets targeting high-value capability gaps - Develop internal platforms to run hundreds of thousands of tasks at scale - Collaborate directly with researchers at leading AI labs - Build grading harnesses, metrics, and automated checks - Prototype and harden systems into production **What We're Looking For** - Strong generalist engineer energized by frontier AI problems - Practical experience with agents, evaluations, or RL workflows - Strong technical background and written communication - *Nice to have:* Computer vision, multimodal models, or AI lab experience **Compensation & Benefits** 💰 $150,000 - $300,000 base (depending on experience) 📈 Generous perks including: - $4,000/yr travel stipend - Up to 100% health insurance coverage - $350/mo productivity stipend - $350/mo AI stipend - $150/mo team lunch stipend - Unlimited PTO (2 week minimum) - 12 weeks parental leave - Company equity **Work Location** Fully distributed with hubs in San Francisco, NYC, Singapore, and Brazil.
