**Technical Systems Program Manager, User Operations** **ABOUT THE TEAM** The User Operations team (Support) ensures exceptional customer experiences by resolving complex issues, providing technical guidance, and maximizing product value adoption. We collaborate with Sales, Technical Success, Product, and Engineering to deliver scalable customer support. **ABOUT THE ROLE** We're seeking a Technical Systems Program Manager to drive strategy, alignment, and execution of CRM systems across Salesforce and adjacent platforms. You'll partner with Engineering, Revenue Operations, Data, and Enterprise Platform teams to operationalize scalable workflows. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** • Own CRM systems initiatives across support operations • Partner with stakeholders to identify pain points and define scalable solutions • Align cross-functional teams (Revenue Ops, Support, Risk, Engineering, Data, Legal, Enterprise Platform) • Operationalize AI-native workflows with automation, orchestration, and human-in-the-loop processes **REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS** • 8+ years driving high-impact technical programs (program management or adjacent roles) • Strong CRM workflow and customer systems knowledge • Experience with CRM systems, routing engines, and adjacent platforms • Proven ability to drive complex cross-functional initiatives end-to-end • Technical fluency: APIs, integrations, event-driven architectures, enterprise SaaS, Salesforce • Experience with SOX/SOC2 environments, SDLC, QA, and release management • Excellent written and verbal communication skills **NICE TO HAVE** • Technical system design and integration expertise • AI-native or high-growth environment experience • Global support operations exposure • Scrappy, iterative approach with focus on scalability and governance **LOCATION** San Francisco, CA (Hybrid: Monday-Wednesday in office).
