Founded by Bret Taylor (former Salesforce co-CEO, Facebook CTO, Google Maps co-creator) and Clay Bavor (18 years at Google, led Google Labs). **The Role** • Design and deliver production-grade AI agents that are mission-critical and drive revenue • Own the Agent Development Life Cycle (ADLC) from pilot through deployment and iteration • Partner directly with enterprise leaders and startups to solve pressing business challenges • Guide platform evolution through customer insights and prototyping **What You'll Work On** • Multi-week/month agents that reason about timing, channels, and customer relationship progression • Personalization systems using context engines to improve autonomously • Conversational discovery agents across large content catalogs • Troubleshooting agents for integrated telecom and device experiences • Voice experiences and personas tailored to brands and moments **What You Bring** • Experience building and scaling end-to-end production systems • Strong technical problem-solving in ambiguous environments • Builder's mindset with high agency and creative problem-solving • Comfort working directly with customers • Excellent communication across technical and non-technical audiences • Passion for Tech, Media & Telecom space **Nice to Have** • AI/LLM production experience • Founder or founding engineer background • Familiarity with eval frameworks, agent tooling, RAG pipelines, prompt engineering • React, TypeScript, or Go experience • Customer-facing or technical stakeholder leadership experience **Benefits** Unlimited PTO • Medical/dental/vision • Life/disability insurance • Retirement plan • Parental leave • Fertility benefits • Equity participation • Discretionary stipend
