**Senior Software Engineer, Site Reliability** **About the Role** Join UiPath's Site Reliability team to build platforms and systems that the entire company depends on. You'll design, engineer, and ship SRE platform systems with cutting-edge AI, treating them as products that other engineering teams rely on in their critical path. **Key Responsibilities** • Design and build SRE platform systems and capabilities with AI • Participate in livesite monitoring rotations and drive effective mitigations • Drive availability, scalability, and performance improvements • Onboard teams onto your platforms by removing friction and driving outcomes • Ship early, seek feedback relentlessly, and iterate fast • Drive task planning, estimation, and staffing **What You'll Bring** • 6+ years architecting and engineering large-scale, distributed commercial applications • Experience building complex internal platforms adopted by multiple teams • Proven ability to drive adoption through hands-on integration work • Experience with AI-powered applications in production • Proficiency in object-oriented languages (C#, C++, Go, Python) • Strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, multithreading, async patterns • Experience with microservices, HTTP applications, and web services • Familiarity with agile, CI/CD, and DevOps practices • Cloud provider experience (Azure, AWS, GCP) and managed services • Database backend experience (SQL, CosmosDB, MongoDB, DynamoDB, etc.) • Kubernetes experience is a plus **About UiPath** We believe in the transformative power of automation.
