**Senior Financial Systems Engineer** **About the Role** Own the end-to-end health and evolution of the tech stack, data, and system integrations across Procure to Pay and Travel and Expense verticals. You'll be the technical lead for these domains, re-architecting systems, building integrations, and creating AI automations with autonomy to set standards as the team scales. **Key Responsibilities** • Own architecture, configuration, and operational health of Zip (P2P), including workflows, integrations, and customizations • Partner with Procurement, Accounts Payable, Legal, and GRC to translate requirements into product roadmap • Build and maintain best-in-class T&E system with focus on user experience and full system integration • Architect and maintain integrations between NetSuite and adjacent systems (Salesforce, Stripe, Anrok, Tesorio, Workato, Zip, Snowflake, Slack) • Utilize AI to build finance solutions with leading governance frameworks (human-in-the-loop, auditability, SOX compliance) **Required Experience** • 5+ years hands-on Financial Systems Analyst/Engineering/Management in high-growth SaaS • Deep expertise in P2P function and procurement tools (Zip, Coupa, Ariba, or similar) • Experience building multi-system integrations using iPaaS platforms (Workato, Boomi, or similar) • Practical understanding of AI governance frameworks • Strong written communication and design documentation skills • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship **Nice to Have** • NetSuite and CPQ experience • SQL proficiency **What We Offer** Competitive salary and equity, comprehensive medical/dental/vision coverage, 16 weeks paid parental leave, health & wellness stipend, remote workspace stipend, 401(k) matching, flexible PTO + 80 hours sick time, 11 company holidays, and offices in SF, NYC, London, Dublin, Tel Aviv, and Sydney. **About Vanta** We help businesses earn and prove trust through continuous security monitoring and verification.
