**Senior Solution Engineer, Manufacturing** **About the Role:** Snowflake is seeking a Senior Solution Engineer to solve complex customer problems and close large deals. You'll work directly with sales teams and channel partners to understand customer needs, deliver compelling demonstrations, support enterprise Proof of Concepts, and drive business closure. **Key Responsibilities:** • Present Snowflake technology and vision to executives and technical teams • Demonstrate Snowflake value throughout the sales cycle (demo → POC → design → implementation) • Maintain deep understanding of competitive technologies and positioning • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams **Required Qualifications:** • 7-8 years industry experience (minimum 5 years in pre-sales) • Outstanding presentation skills for technical and executive audiences • 5+ years building and deploying ML/GenAI solutions in the cloud • Expertise in large-scale Database, Data Warehouse, ETL, analytics, and cloud technologies • Hands-on proficiency with SQL, SQL analytics, and Python • Strong discovery and architecture analysis skills • Proactive curiosity about AI landscape • Proven ability to leverage AI code generation tools • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field (Master's in Data Science or MBA preferred) **Additional Information:** • ~30% travel expected • GSI experience beneficial but not required • Equal opportunity employer • For US positions, see careers.snowflake.com for salary and benefits **About Snowflake:** Snowflake is transforming data warehousing with a built-for-cloud architecture combining data warehouse power, big data flexibility, and cloud elasticity at a fraction of traditional costs.
